1 Services we provide

Ehsaas News Network provides performance marketing services, which may include social media marketing, content creation, search engine optimisation (SEO), paid advertising management (Meta, Google, TikTok and others), analytics and reporting. The exact scope for your project is defined in your proposal or agreement before work begins.

2 Getting started

Work begins once you approve the proposal and complete any required onboarding steps, such as granting access to ad accounts, analytics, social profiles and brand assets. Timelines shared during onboarding are estimates and may shift if access or materials are delayed.

3 Fees & payment

• Fees are set out in your proposal. Monthly retainers are billed in advance; one-off projects follow the agreed milestone schedule.
• Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from our management fee unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause active work until the balance is cleared.
• All fees are non-refundable once the billing period or milestone has started, except where required by law.

4 Client responsibilities

To deliver results we need your cooperation:

• Provide accurate business information, brand assets and timely feedback.
• Grant and maintain the access needed to run campaigns and track results.
• Ensure your products, pricing and fulfilment can support the traffic we generate.
• Comply with the advertising policies of the platforms we run ads on.

Delays caused by missing materials or access may extend timelines without penalty to us.

5 Revisions & timelines

Creative deliverables include the revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests are billed separately. Launch dates are targets, not guarantees — platform reviews, policy checks and third-party dependencies can affect go-live timing.

6 Confidentiality

Both sides agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, including strategy documents, account data and financial terms. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

7 Intellectual property

Creative work produced specifically for you (ad creatives, copy, designs) becomes yours once all fees for that work are paid in full. Our internal systems, templates, processes and know-how remain our property. We may reference your project anonymously in case studies unless you ask us not to in writing.

8 Term & termination

• Monthly services continue until either side gives written notice as stated in the proposal (typically 30 days).
• Either side may end the engagement immediately for material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of written notice.
• On termination, you pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and we hand over your accounts, data and deliverables.

9 Limitation of liability

Marketing performance depends on factors beyond our control, including platform changes, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS or lead-volume outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
